This Privacy Policy describes how the MemeTok mobile application ("MemeTok", "we", "us", "the app") handles information when you use it. MemeTok is a discovery tool for tokens on the Solana blockchain.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

MemeTok does not require account creation. We do not collect or store personally identifying information such as your name, email address, phone number, government-issued identifiers, wallet private keys, seed phrases, or other authentication credentials.

2. Information We Do Collect

The app may collect or process the following non-personal information:

• Anonymous diagnostic data — crash reports, app version pings, and basic performance metrics, used to operate and improve the service.
• App configuration stored on your device — your enabled feed sources, watchlist tokens, and view preferences are stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard storage facilities (AsyncStorage). This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
• Network requests for on-chain data — when you view feeds, the app fetches public on-chain market and token data from our backend. These requests do not include personal identifiers.

3. Third-Party Services

When you tap "Open in Phantom" or other external trading link in the app, the app deep-links you to a third-party application (such as the Phantom wallet) or website. Those third parties have their own privacy practices and are not controlled by MemeTok. We do not share your usage data with these third parties; the deep-link only carries the token pair you wish to view.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts at app start. Apple, Google Play, Expo, and Cloudflare may receive standard network-level information (such as your IP address) when their services are used; we do not control or receive this data.

4. Children

MemeTok is not directed to children under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Cryptocurrency-adjacent content is intended for adult audiences only.

5. Data Retention

On-device data (preferences, watchlist) persists until you uninstall the app or clear app data. Anonymous diagnostic data is retained for as long as needed to operate the service, typically not exceeding 90 days.

6. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personally identifying information, there is typically no individual data linked to you that we can access, export, or delete. You may delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its data through your operating system.

7. Security

All network requests use HTTPS. The app does not custody, transmit, or have access to cryptocurrency private keys or seed phrases. Trading actions occur entirely within third-party wallet applications you choose to use.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
