These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MemeTok mobile application ("the app"). By installing or using MemeTok, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
MemeTok is a read-only on-chain data discovery tool for tokens on the Solana blockchain. The app aggregates publicly available market data and surfaces it through curated feeds, lists, and cards. MemeTok does not custody assets, hold private keys, or execute transactions on your behalf.
Nothing in the app is intended as, and nothing should be construed as, financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content surfaced in the app is informational only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and trades.
Cryptocurrencies, and meme tokens in particular, are highly speculative and may lose value rapidly, including all of their value. On-chain signals (KOL buys, trending markets, smart-money flows) shown in the app reflect past or near-real-time behavior and are not predictive. Coordinated wash trading, manipulation, and rug pulls are common in this market. Never deposit or trade more than you can afford to lose.
The app may provide links that open third-party wallet applications (such as Phantom) or external trading websites for the purpose of initiating swaps. Any transaction that occurs in those third-party applications is governed entirely by their terms; we do not facilitate, process, or have visibility into the transaction itself.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer the app, scrape its data feeds in bulk, or use it to build competing products.
The app and its data are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness of any data shown. On-chain data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. You should always independently verify before acting on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemeTok and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or assets, arising from your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. The app may not be used in any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency information services are prohibited. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
We may suspend or discontinue the service, or restrict access from specific regions, at any time without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
